Brown (born in Los Angeles, USA on November 7, 1971) was a professional racing driver for a decade before moving into the executive space within the sport. Led the team to back-to-back Constructors' Championship wins in 2024 and 2025 while driver Lando Norris claimed his first world title in 2025.
